Orientation

Training

CSI management is dedicated to providing the appropriate tools for employees to be able to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. Therefore, each employee is provided with a training guide that covers training objectives to be obtained within their probationary period. This includes training on equipment, processes, troubleshooting, customer relations, and sales skills. A training task force, made up of managers and staff alike, work diligently to keep these initial training guides current with industry standards and technology, and continually identify new training needs.

Staging Your Future

In addition to providing the information and training to our staff to help them be the best at what they do, CSI management is committed to determining each employee’s strengths and goals as well as any challenges to overcome. Through the “Staging Your Future” program, we take this information and develop a plan to provide the education, experience and training in those areas necessary for an employee to realize their potential, and then we support them in this endeavor. In recent times, HR has filled more than half of their open positions with internal candidates. There are no limits to the possibilities of upward mobility for an employee of CSI, especially if he or she is willing to relocate.
