Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request
Please fill out this online form; once submitted you will receive an email with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and ship-to address. Be sure to send your repair attention service department and include your RMA number on the mailing label.
If your repair is in-warranty, please also include a copy of your purchase receipt.
